At Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation, we believe in the transformative power of stewardship and gratitude. The Employee Giving Campaign (EGC) is a way for us, as Chesapeake Regional owners, to give back. This annual campaign supports the programs and services provided by Chesapeake Regional Healthcare and reflects our commitment to being the healthcare system of choice—not only for our Chesapeake community, but for the entire region.

Each year, CRH employees collectively raise over $150,000. Examples of the impact made possible through your generous donations include: Employee Assistance, Chapel Renovation, Priority Toyota Cancer Center expansion, Mother/Baby expansion, Cuddle Cots, Patient Blessing Bags, Charging Stations, new Emergency Department furniture, and more!

 

Ways to Give:

  • Through payroll deduction (*typically each paycheck for one year)
  • By donating PAL (*PAL will be redeemed at 100% of its value after taxes)
  • One-time gift by check, cash, or credit card (*mail in, stop by, call us, or donate online!)

Contract Employee? No problem!
You can donate using a credit card or ACH payments through the general donation form on our CRHF website.

As a valued member of the Chesapeake Regional family, we want to empower you to give from the heart—but we do offer the following incentives:

  • By signing up at any of the designated levels, you will receive a special edition lapel sticker to show off your donation and approval to participate in CRH apparel/Jeans Fridays.

As the levels increase, the incentives also increase—gift cards, merch, tickets, and more!

Since CRH will celebrate our 50th Anniversary on January 26, 2026, we’ve added a new giving opportunity for special 50th “add-ons” that will be added to your original base pledge amount. These add-ons can be a special one time donation or also added to your payroll deduction. *The 50th add on package will not arrive until after December 1.

 

Level 1 = $5 per paycheck / $130 total

  • Special 50th Anniversary sticker for badge—Jeans/CRH Logo Merch Day (*with sticker displayed on badge)
  • Monthly raffle for one day of PAL
  • Recognition on donor walls

Level 2 = $10 per paycheck / $260 total

  • All incentives in Level 1 plus:
  • Exclusive 50th Anniversary CRHF Employee Giving t-shirt
  • $10 Starbucks gift card

Level 3 = $25 per paycheck / $650 total

  • All incentives in Level 2 plus:
  • One Bra-ha-ha® 5K race entry

Level 4 = $35 per paycheck / $910 total

  • All incentives in Level 3 plus:
  • 24 oz. cup carrier with adjustable strap and pocket (*fits 24–30 oz. water bottles/cups)

Special Anniversary Level 5 = $50 per paycheck / $1,690 total

  • All incentives in Level 4 plus:
  • Special 50th Anniversary lapel pin
  • Special 50th Anniversary badge pull
  • Special 50th Anniversary baseball cap or visor
  • Two 50th Anniversary Gala tickets
    Anniversary items delivered in December

Level 6 = $65 per paycheck / $1,300 total

  • All incentives in Level 5 plus:
  • Invitation to VIP Donor Reception (you plus one guest)
  • CRHF logo laptop sleeve with pockets
  • Two Bra-ha-ha Awards Show & Auction tickets

Level 7 = $100 per paycheck / $2,600 total

  • All incentives in Level 6 plus:
  • Champion® windbreaker (water-repellent, unisex, pullover)

Foundation Society Member = $192.31 per paycheck / $5,000 total

  • All incentives in Level 7 plus:
  • Two additional 50th Anniversary Gala tickets (four total)
  • Two additional Bra-ha-ha Awards Show & Auction tickets (four total)
  • Foundation Society Member golf/polo shirt (unisex)
  • Recognition as a Foundation Society Member
  • Foundation Society pin

50th Anniversary-Themed Add-Ons | For Levels 1–4:*

  • $50: Lapel pin, badge pull, and 100% cotton baseball cap OR visor
  • $150: All $50 level incentives plus: Long sleeve performance shirt OR lightweight puff vest

Department Incentives:

Top Dollars Pledged:
The department with the most dollars pledged overall by June 30th will receive a choice of a pizza lunch at Bubba’s 33 (*via gift card—book your own) or an ice cream party for their employees, along with our Champion of Chesapeake trophy to proudly display in their department or unit for one year.

100% Participation:
Departments with 100% participation will be recognized and presented with a Champions of Charity at Chesapeake recognition piece to display in their department/unit.
